ARE YOU READY TO MEET YOUR CREATOR?

 

 

God Almighty is the Creator of the universe, heaven, earth, and everything therein.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Genesis 1:1

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. Colossians 1:16-17

When we think about our upbringing, teenage lives, 20s, 30s, etc. as if it were just yesterday, where has the time gone? Our life here on earth is temporal compared to our life in eternity. Yet only a few would think about their eternal destination. Instead, there are many who live a life of pleasure, vanity, or power or don't even care where their soul goes after they die. Many of all walks of life, rich and poor, have rejected the Lord Jesus Christ and His gospel with no regard for what awaits them after death. No one is guaranteed tomorrow.

For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Matthew 16:26

Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. James 4:14

The reason we die is because we have sinned and violated the moral laws of God Almighty (the Ten Commandments). Human beings have a problem that cannot be ignored. We have all sinned against God.

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23

Ask yourself: Have you ever lied?

A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape.

Proverbs 19:5

Have you ever stolen anything regardless of its value?

Thou shalt not steal. Exodus 20:15

Have you blasphemed God’s name?

Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. Exodus 20:7

Have you lusted after someone?

Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:

But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. Matthew 5:27-28

Have you hated someone?

Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. 1 John 3:15

If you answered yes, by your own admission, you’re a lying thief, blasphemer, adulterer, and murderer at heart. Sin is so serious for a holy, just, and righteous God. We are all on death row; we have a big blue sky as our holding cell, great air conditioning, the privilege of everything we see and hear that God created, and the pleasure of eating and drinking, yet we are all standing in a line waiting to die, and it should be our greatest concern to know where we will end up after death. Our appointment with death comes with an unavoidable judgement.

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: Hebrews 9:27

Those who die in unbelief are unforgiven and will experience the eternal fires of hell, away from the presence of the Lord. Unrepentant sinners consciously suffer pain and thirst from an unquenchable fire, and the horror is so great that there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Matthew 13:42

But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him. Luke 12:5

Our Creator is the God of love and mercy and has provided us hope in our helpless state. He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, as a substitutional atonement to die for sinners. Jesus shed His precious blood to cleanse us from all our sins and save us from the wrath to come the moment we believe, repent and trust in Him through His death, burial, and resurrection.

And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

1 John 3:5

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

Colossians 1:14

Those who believe, and trust in Jesus Christ alone to save them are forgiven and will experience everlasting joy in heaven. When you are in Christ, you have great assurance of eternal security with Him. Only then can you be ready to meet your Creator.

I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance. Luke 15:7

And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. John 10:28

THE DECEPTION OF THE THEORY OF EVOLUTION

 

Charles Darwin, in full Charles Robert Darwin (born February 12, 1809, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England—died April 19, 1882, Downe, Kent), was an English naturalist whose scientific theory of evolution by natural selection (process that results in the adaptation of an organism to its environment) became the foundation of modern evolutionary studies (Encyclopaedia Britannica).

Paul Lemoine, a French geologist (scientist who studies the Earth, nature, materials, and processes), quoted, "Evolution is a fairy tale for adults".

The theory of evolution is not scientific. To be scientific, it must be observable and testable. You cannot observe or test something that supposedly happened millions of years ago. Evolution is not proven and cannot be proven. It has to be accepted by blind faith.

Evolution does not make any provision for male or female. In the pictures of evolution, from ape to man standing up slowly, there is no female. It is misogynistic; there is no reproduction without a female. God destroys the theory of evolution in the following verses.

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Genesis 1:27 

But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. Mark 10:6 

God reveals Himself in His creation. People have no excuse for not believing that God created all things.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Romans 1:18-20 

Most people who believe in evolution are atheists. The Bible says anyone who denies the existence of God is a fool.

The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. Psalms 14:1 

They professed to be wise, yet they became fools. It is an issue of the human heart (sin).

Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, Romans 1:21,22 

The theory of evolution is a form of idolatry. Those who believe in evolution focus more on creation than the Creator. It is portrayed as science when it is not. Paul the Apostle says, "Avoid profane, vain babbling, and opposition of science falsely so called". Do not be caught up in the argument of evolution.

Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. Romans 1:25 

O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: 1 Timothy 6:20

When God created Adam, He breathed into His nostrils the breath of life, unlike when God created the heavens, earth, light, animals, and plants, etc. He spoke and they came into existence. Human beings were created in the image and likeness of God. We have dominion over the animals.

And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Genesis 2:7 

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Genesis 1:26

Many people are deceived into believing that the theory of evolution is true because it gets rid of moral responsibility, meaning there would be no sin, no judgement day, and no hell. They believe that they are just primates or that they came from animals. There is a massive difference. People believe in justice, truth, and righteousness; they set up court systems and send people to jail for doing wrong; none of the animals do that. One day we will die. It is an appointment that cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. Whether we believe it or not, all of us are waiting for the judgement to come.

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: Hebrews 9:27

If you look at someone with lust, you’re an adulterer at heart.

If you're angry with anyone without a cause, you're in danger of judgement.

But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. Matthew 5:22

If you violate any of the commandments above (James 2:10), you will be guilty on judgement day and will go to God's eternal prison a place called hell.

In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; 2 Thessalonians 1:8,9 

Jesus Christ died on the cross so that your sins could be forgiven and defeated sin and death that you may have everlasting life with Him. His precious blood shed on the cross is sufficient to cleanse you from all sins (Ephesians 1:7).

Believe, repent and trust in Jesus Christ alone to save you from the wrath of God. You will be born again and filled with the Holy Spirit. Read the Holy Bible daily and ask God to help you obey what you read.

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Luke 13:3 

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. John 3:36

IS YOUR NAME WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF LIFE?

 

                   

 

Our names are a very important part of our identity. They carry personal, family, and historical connections. These can be first names or family names. The Bible talks of a book in heaven that belongs to the Lamb, Jesus Christ (Revelation 21:27), which records the names of the people who will inherit eternal life.

To have one’s name written in the Book of Life means that the names of the believers in the Lord, who are clothed in the righteousness of Jesus Christ, will have everlasting life. These are those who overcame the trials and tribulations and were faithful to the end. Once a name is written in the Book of Life, Jesus promises that he will never blot it out, giving them eternal security.

He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. Revelation 3:5 

The Book of Life is a book in which all those who have been redeemed and have been washed by the blood of Jesus Christ, are recorded. It is the Book of Life, in which the names of the Apostles and Paul's co-workers are written in heaven.

Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven. Luke 10:20 

And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life. Philippians 4:3 

Moses offered to have his name blotted out of the Book of Life so that the Israelites could be forgiven of their sins. 

And Moses returned unto the Lord, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold. Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin--; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written. And the Lord said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book. Exodus 32:31-33 

Is your name written in the Book of Life? In order to answer the question, please examine yourself according to God’s laws (the Ten Commandments). If you tell a lie, that makes you a liar.

It is not only breaking the Ten Commandments but also knowing what is right and not doing it.

Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. James 4:17

We have all sinned against the Almighty God. This applies to all of humanity and will also apply once we reach the age of accountability and understand what is right and wrong. That is why we all die because of our sins.

But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. Galatians 3:22 

That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 5:21 

Again, the Book of Life is a book in which all those who have been redeemed and have been washed by the blood of Jesus Christ, are recorded. On the cross, He bore all of humanity's sins, but only those who appropriate the atonement will inherit eternal life. This happens when you believe, repent and trust in Jesus Christ alone, in His death, burial, and resurrection, His holy and precious blood shed on the cross will cleanse you from all of your sins. You will be filled with the Holy Spirit and born again from within (change inwardly).

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Ephesians 1:7 

You should be aware of the importance of having your name written in the Book of Life, because if not, hell is waiting, and that is not God’s will for you. So please make the right decision about where you will go after you die; your soul is precious to God. You are not guaranteed tomorrow; now is the day of salvation.

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.Revelation 20:14-15 

(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)2 Corinthians 6:2
