He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. John 3:18
Believers are forgiven and justified by faith. Unbelievers are under God’s wrath.
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: Romans 5:1
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. John 3:36
Believers walk in the light. Unbelievers love darkness.
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John 8:12
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. John 3:19
Believers seek God for refuge. Unbelievers do not seek after God.
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1
The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts. Psalm 10:4
Believers are under God’s grace. Unbelievers are under God’s law.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Ephesians 2:8
Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
Believers are children of God. Unbelievers are enemies of God.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: John 1:12
(For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Philippians 3:18
Believers are on the narrow way to life eternal in heaven. Unbelievers are on the broad way to destruction and will live in eternal agony in hell.
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Matthew 7:13,14
When Christ Jesus returns there will be two types of people who will be separated from one another forever. They are described as the sheep and the goats, separated from one another by Lord Jesus Christ the Good Shepherd. The sheep are blessed by God and will be in heaven with Him while the goats will be cast into everlasting fire (Matthew 25:31-46).
Are you a believer or unbeliever in the Lord Jesus Christ? Is God going to be your Saviour or your Judge on the day of judgement? Where will you end up in Heaven or Hell? Please examine yourself which type of person are you?
The gospel of Jesus Christ is the greatest news anyone could ever receive. The forgiveness of sins is offered as a free gift (Romans 6:23). Through His death, burial and resurrection, Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross of Calvary over two thousand years ago. He paid for our sins in full (John 19:30). When you believe, repent and trust in Jesus Christ alone as your Lord and Saviour, change direction from unbelief to belief in Jesus Christ alone, then all your sins are forgiven past, present and future. You will be filled with the Holy Spirit, born-again and your place in heaven is prepared for you.
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Ephesians 1:7
In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14:2,3
Blessings in Christ.
